The show was created by SAMMY GOUTI, in January of 1998 to cover community and cultural events, entertainment and social functions, and current affairs throughout Houston and within the Houstonian Community, with a focus on Key-Figures and Contributors to Houston, Texas, the American Culture, and to the Global World Community at large.
